Return & Refund Policy

We take great care in crafting and shipping each Kalyntika product. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we maintain a strict no-returns and no-exchange policy except in the rare instance of damage during delivery.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged, broken, or defective at the time of receipt.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

Refunds will not be processed for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike of the product.
  • Allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with results (individual skin responses vary).
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. Requesting a Refund

  • Customers must email us at talktous@kalyntika.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear images and unboxing videos showing the damage/incorrect product.
  • Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible.
  • Once verified, we will initiate the refund process.

Please note that the damage/ defect needs to be evident in the photos for acceptance of your complaint. If you fail to share the right photos within 24 hours of receiving the order, unfortunately, we cannot entertain any such complaints thereafter, as the window to raise these claims with the shipping partner is closed after this time period. Any returns should be made in proper condition in the box that your order came in along with the safety packaging. If you do not return the product in proper packaging and condition, your return will be disqualified and we will reship the same package back to you.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used / opened / tried and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, d’you will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a replacement will be issued to the customer. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

3. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer).
  • Shipping and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare items once opened or used are non-returnable.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or trial packs are also non-refundable.

5. Product Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your order qualifies for a refund (damaged/incorrect), you may place a new order for the correct product.

6. Responsibility of the Customer

Please ensure that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the product is visibly damaged, it is recommended to refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.

7. Company’s Rights

Kalyntika reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refund requests if the product has been used or tampered with.
  • Deny claims that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
  • Modify or update this policy as necessary to reflect business or regulatory requirements.
