You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that skincare results vary individually and agree that Kalyntika shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or outcomes related to product use.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
