1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, new launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or unforeseen disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for all orders.
  • Any additional charges (e.g., re-delivery fees due to incorrect address) will be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with your tracking details. You can monitor your shipment through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kalyntika is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Force Majeure

Kalyntika shall not be held responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, including strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.
